"We must be realistic about what you eat while breastfeeding. If you onions, peppers or eat milk chocolate is rotated. Broccolli cauliflower and even dangerous for food to be careful.

It's crazy! I do not know who to give a better answer to this BS. LOL

If you have any problems, so do not start to do for themselves by healthy foods from your diet. Some babies are just gas.

If you prefer, you can take a food journal to try to clarify what causes him problems. But it can disappear when they play! Lol ;-)

Frankly, there's really no good research to support the idea that gas = gas food for mother and child. It may be a specific food that your child is really disturbing, but there is no list of foods to be avoided in nursing mothers. Most babies are fine, regardless of what the mother eats. And you may find that you have trouble finding this particular food that your child is affected when a food which is causing the problem (not often) have.

And in fact, some babies are more than other alcoholic beverages. All my children were still small indigestion, about three months and up. I have covered the gas when it seemed especially uncomfortable, but I really do not know if they are not good. It was something we had to endure his digestive system matures.
